Kick off the Fourth of July weekend with some ragtime tunes!

Winchester Unitarian Society presents "Celebrating America! Ragtime Concert" Friday, July 3rd, at 7:00 p.m. This hour-long online fundraiser features John Kramer playing piano rags by Scott Joplin, Joseph Lamb, James Scott, Eubie Blake, William Albright, and John Kramer. These toe-tapping rhythms and infectious melodies will put a smile on your face and joy in your heart. The Showdown puts the best Fusion and Bollywood/Hindi-Film dance teams up against one another, giving the judges the unenviable task of deciding who is the best of the best. Fusion dance combines different dance styles, set to Indian music, creating its own distinct form of dance, while the Bollywood and Hindi-Film dance style is inspired by the musical numbers seen in Indian films and features expression, themes, and storylines.
