Ticket holders will receive a single link to stream the live concert for each ticket purchase transaction. We encourage multiple ticket purchases based on the number of people expected in your watch party—this will support Passim and the artists performing.  Please buy tickets in separate transactions, if you want multiple links to watch the concert.   It is very important to provide a valid email address in order to receive the concert link. The confirmation email you receive after purchase is not the ticket. Those who have purchased will receive their tickets from hello@mandolin.com starting one week prior to the event. Please add hello@mandolin.com to your contacts or check your spam folder to ensure you receive the ticket.  You will need to create an account on watch.mandolin.com using the email address used to purchase your tickets.  You will only be able to watch the show if you create an account using the same email address used to purchase your tickets.
