Common Fence Music is a Rhode Island-based 501(c)(3) non-profit arts organization whose mission it is to celebrate and preserve diverse folk music traditions by creating community-based opportunities for cultural exchange.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
During Covid, Common Fence Music has provided a series of free online concerts via Facebook Live, YouTube, and our website at www.commonfencemusic.org in order to bring artists from around the world to our audience, providing our audience with free concerts and our artists with guarantees to survive during this tough time. We will be going live outdoors this summer with our partners at the Norman Bird Sanctuary in Newport, to further provide our audience and artists with venues to entertain.
