TEMPO is a group of percussionists primarily from the island nation of Trinidad and Tobago West Indies. They specialize in Caribbean Afro Rhythms with spoken words and messages of peace and unity. They promote mutual respect through music and cross-cultural communications.
Step into Culture Dance group is a youth based dance ensemble performing original choreography to contemporary sounds of the Caribbean islands.
A free carnival concert, with live music and dance from local youth.
All attendees are welcome to try out the instruments following the concert. Featuring steel drums and traditional music and instruments from Trinidad and Tobago. Let’s get ready for Carnival!!
