Calligraphy Instruction with Rabbi Kevin Hale (Commandment 613)

Join us for a free, live calligraphy demonstration and instruction with film subject Rabbi Kevin Hale, Sofer STaM. Friday, November 13th, 3:00pm.

Rabbi Hale will be showing us the traditional tools, materials and techniques used to write and restore Torah and other sacred texts, as he guides us in writing the Hebrew letters of "Shabbat Shalom" following a classic Ashkenazi torah script. All ages welcome!
