This summer, the Emerald Necklace Conservancy partners with local organizations to expand and amplify some of the parks’ most exciting events, continuing with Brookline Community Parkfest on July 29!

Brookline Community Foundation, in partnership with The Emerald Necklace Conservancy, is hosting the first-ever Brookline Community Parkfest at Olmsted Park. Join for a fun-filled day outdoors featuring free performances, family-friendly activities, vendors, games and more! This event is free and open to all.

The Showdown puts the best Fusion and Bollywood/Hindi-Film dance teams up against one another, giving the judges the unenviable task of deciding who is the best of the best. Fusion dance combines different dance styles, set to Indian music, creating its own distinct form of dance, while the Bollywood and Hindi-Film dance style is inspired by the musical numbers seen in Indian films and features expression, themes, and storylines.
