Boston Comics in Color Festival is New England’s first comics show featuring work by and about people of color!

The Boston Comics in Color Festival (BCICF) is back for its third annual celebration of comics! The first New England comics festival featuring and amplifying work by and about people of color, BCICF aims to celebrate, educate, and bring people of all backgrounds together. BCICF includes artist vendors, cosplay, author panels, and more.

Boston Comics in Color Festival is an all-volunteer, grassroots community event. That means YOU are important to us -- as a visitor, a volunteer, an audience member in a workshop, everything. Boston Comics in Color Festival is put on by the Boston Comic Arts Foundation (BCAF), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. BCAF champions the comics art form, increasing excitement about and engagement with the comics medium to create opportunities for more comics, more comics readers, and more support for comics creators.
