Black Boys, Presented by The Boston Globe Black History Month Film Festival

Join The Boston Globe throughout the month of February to honor films and filmmakers documenting the Black experience and the continued plight of systemic racism in the United States.

Anchored by Greg Scruggs, a two time Super Bowl champion and young father who recently returned to his hometown to impress upon young Black athletes the importance of education first, Black Boys is a film for this historic moment that shows a nation still struggling to rectify its racial legacy and illuminates the  full humanity of Black boys and men in America.

After watching this film join filmmakers Chad Williamson and Jon-Thomas (J.T.) Royston in conversation with the Globe's Greg Lee.
