As part of our effort to establish measures that promote a safe, healthy, and rewarding concert-going experience for you and our patrons, we will be following guidelines consistent with government requirements plus additional courtesy considerations. BCGS will update these procedures as deemed necessary in connection with federal, state and city requirements and public health guidance. Proof of Vaccination or Negative Test BCGS requires all patrons to present proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test at the point of entry to during ticket checks. A negative COVID-19 test must either be a PCR test taken within the last 72 hours or an antigen test taken within the last 24 hours. Proof of vaccination may be in the form of a physical vaccination card or legible and identifiable scan, photo, or digital record of vaccination. Masks Required Audience members are required to wear masks at all times while on the premises. If You Feel Ill If you are exhibiting flu-like symptoms, do not attend the performance. Contact us and we will refund the price of your ticket(s). Ticketing and Queueing We encourage digital ticketing via our website but tickets will also be available at the door where we will provide controlled queueing for social distancing. Seating and Audience Capacity The maximum audience will be limited to 50% of the hall capacity.
