Annie and the Fur Trappers

Annie and the Fur Trappers will regale listeners with their lively interpretations of traditional jazz and blues standards (such as “Muskrat Ramble”). Originally founded in St. Louis, Missouri, in 2016, the band is made up of clarinet, trumpet, trombone, bass, banjo, guitar, washboard, and violin with vocals by Annie Linders. The 6:30 p.m. concert will take place outdoors at the Forbes House Museum. It’s the climax of a daylong celebration of the centennial of the completion of a replica of the log cabin where Abraham Lincoln was raised.

Admission is $20. (Museum members: $15) Bring a picnic and prepare to dance!
