Both Christ Frost and Adria Arch present work that lands squarely between sculpture and painting. Arch’s installation is giddy with springtime murmurs; Frost examines entropy in nature.
Arch's installation of boldly painted biomorphic shapes suspended from the ceiling and floating at eye level combines the formal concerns of both painting and sculpture.
Frost's sculptural paintings are a perception of landscape, not as just a natural place in time, but nature effected by time. He combines a wide range of materials, resin to porcelain to paint. His shaped canvas collid with ceramic forms.
