This event celebrates the release of Norweign writer Hanne Ørstavik's novel, Ti Amo, in English translation from Archipelago Books. Based in Ørstavik’s own experience of losing her Italian husband to cancer, a husband and wife living in Italy confront the man’s imminent death in a meditation on relationships, loss, and identity in every facet of existence. Moderated by Carolynn Mireault (MFA, Boston University). Reception & Book-signing to follow.
