Ludovico Ensemble celebrates 20 years with a concert by Boston composers for 2 violas and cimbalom

Celebrate Ludovico's 20th anniversary with a concert of music for viola duo, cimbalom solo, and the three together by long time Ludovico collaborators Marti Epstein, Anthony Green, John McDonald, Bahar Royaee, and Mischa Salkind-Pearl performed by Samuel Kelder and Anna Griffis on viola and Nicholas Tolle on cimbalom.

The Showdown puts the best Fusion and Bollywood/Hindi-Film dance teams up against one another, giving the judges the unenviable task of deciding who is the best of the best. Fusion dance combines different dance styles, set to Indian music, creating its own distinct form of dance, while the Bollywood and Hindi-Film dance style is inspired by the musical numbers seen in Indian films and features expression, themes, and storylines.
