A white filmmaker comes into a black community looking for transformation in the lives of low-income adults enrolled in a night course in the humanities. As he spends more time with the students, he’s awakened to the violence, racism and gentrification that threaten their very place in the city.

There is no patron parking at the theater but there are many options within walking distance. Show nights are busy nights for the area. Affordable metered parking is available on Cabot Street and on many side streets in the area. There are two municipal lots on Pond Street just one block from the theater. Additional lots are located in the surrounding area.
