The exhibition features photographs taken by Martin Karplus, Theodore William Richards Professor of Chemistry Emeritus and 2013 Nobel Laureate, during his travels in Europe in 1955. The images are the testimony of a personal journey into cultures, customs and landscapes near and far in time and place. They show the inquiring mind and profoundly humanistic vision of the photographer. Opening Event September 25 - 4:30pm-7:00pm. The event will begin with a panel discussion entitled "Yugoslavia Revisited." At 6:00pm the exhibit will open for viewing. This event is free and open to the public.
