Subtle, sensuous, and exotic, Debussy’s harmonic revolution gave rise to the most magical and ethereal of ensembles. His harp trio recalls the elegance of the French baroque, enrobed in his gorgeous 20^th century sound world. Sofia Gubaidulina, too, blends old and new through delicate whispers and otherworldly effects, and Arthur Foote transports us to the dreamlike moments between day and night.
