One of the world’s most beloved music festivals, Tanglewood is the famed summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and its training academy, the Tanglewood Music Center, as well as the Boston Pops. It’s also the year-round home of the Tanglewood Learning Institute. In a typical summer, Tanglewood welcomes more than 350,000 visitors to performances, recitals, and seminars across 500 acres nestled between Lenox and Stockbridge.
Patrons who have an official parking plate or placard are advised to park at the handicapped-designated parking areas. Please alert a parking attendant or a police officer upon arrival at the Main Gate entrance that handicapped-accessible parking is required. If wheelchair transport or escort assistance is needed from the parking lot to any of our concert halls, please alert a parking attendant. For concerts at Ozawa Hall or the Linde Center for Music and Learning, please alert the parking attendants if you require accessible parking.
Accessible restrooms are located throughout the Tanglewood grounds.
Single stall restrooms are available behind Tappan House.
Large-print and Braille programs are available for all BSO concerts at Tanglewood. For Braille programs, please contact Accessibility Services at least a week in advance so that we may print them for you.

Due to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations, only service animals are allowed on the grounds. Please contact us with questions or concerns or if any special accommodations are required.
For those patrons requiring wheelchair assistance, please alert a Tanglewood staff member or parking attendant. Assistance is available at the Koussevitzky Music Shed, Ozawa Hall, and the Linde Center. We do not offer wheelchairs for rent; if services are needed, one of our wheelchair escort staff members will be able to assist with transport.

For events at the Linde Center, free parking is available in the Bachrach Lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Please use the 3A W Hawthorne Rd., Lenox, MA address to navigate to the Linde Center. During the fall, winter, and spring, the only events taking place on campus are at the Linde Center. The grounds will not be open during concert times to walk there from other lots.
Linde Center's Bachrach Lot may fill up to capacity prior to everyone’s arrival. If you are arriving closer to the event start time, please be prepared to park at the Tanglewood Main Gate and take the free shuttle service provided to the Linde Center. There will be signage at the Main Gate noting if the Bachrach Lot is full.
From June through August, we offer free parking in the general parking lots accessible via West Street (Route 183) and the passholder-reserved lots for donors accessible from Tanglewood Drive. During the summer, our parking attendants are on duty two hours prior to the performance gate times.

For Linde Center performances, there are handicap parking spaces available, as well as wheelchair escort assistance from the parking lot to the door of Studio E.
