Today, built on the Reuning legacy, Carriage House Violins is a full-service, fine violin shop, offering a wide array of both new instruments by today’s best makers and fine antique instruments.

Reuning founded Carriage House Violins in 2005 to offer superior instruments to a wide range of clients, from advanced students to professional musicians.

In January 2011, we expanded to an exciting new location in Newton Upper Falls, a historic mill building set into the banks of the Charles River. With twice the space as our Boston location and a 50-seat acoustically engineered Recital Hall, we can now provide to our discerning clientele the ultimate trial experience.
