1 Elm Street, Byfield, MA 01922

The last building at the end of Elm Street, with its board-and-batten siding and large front porch, resembles a preserved agricultural building from bygone days. However, the structure was built in 2001 to house Governor’s Academy’s Performing Arts Center (nicknamed "PAC"). This building is the hub of performing arts activity on campus.
