The 2009 Chelsea Art Walk is a celebration of all the arts, from performance to visual and educational to perceptual venues. The Chelsea Artists’ Collaborative ( Charcoll ) has launched this effort to showcase artistic expression and creative excellence from artists of all media in local galleries and theaters.
