Boston Center for Youth and Families Tobin features include a community room, computer lab, gymnasium, batting cage, outdoor garden, and stage.

BCYF Tobin Community Center (BCYF Tobin CC) is housed in the Mission Hill neighborhood. It is a neighborhood rich in people diversity, culture and institutions which set it a part from more traditional neighborhoods. Residents coexist with the largest hospital complex in the region. The Tobin, incorporated in 1987, offers a wide range of activities and programs including; a licensed summer camp for ninety children ages 6-12, an After School Program for sixty children ages 6-12, a Computer Center with fourteen work stations and computer classes for all ages, a city-wide Youth Connection Program for youth ages 13-19, and a Drop-In Program for youth ages 6-17.

BCYF Tobin CC also has a very busy Athletic Department that provides numerous athletic leagues, tournaments, and recreational activities. In addition, BCYF Tobin CC also supports many of its’ local schools by providing space for physical education and sports events. BCYF Tobin CC is governed by a fifteen-member neighborhood Council. The Council meets monthly to asses, plan, implement, and evaluate the BCYF Tobin CC programs and services. Over 65% of the members are residents of the Mission Hill community and therefore, represents the diversity of the neighborhood.
