The Belmont Gallery of Art (BGA) in conjunction with The Belmont Cultural Council (BCC) has created a permanent public art gallery, located in a light-filled exhibition space at the top of the Homer Municipal Building (Town Hall Annex). The Gallery at the Annex opened in July 2005, shortly after renovation of the historic building was completed.
