For the last six years, Peter Mac been making a name for himself as Los Angeles' premiere Judy Garland Tribute Artist. In December of 2012, just passing his ten year anniversary performing as the legendary rainbow diva, he was awarded the Southern California Motion Picture Council's prestigious Golden Halo Award for "Outstanding Achievement in Live Performances of the Great Judy Garland". Mac was selected by Academy Award winner Miss Margaret O'Brien who co-starred with Judy Garland in the classic 1944 MGM movie musical, Meet Me in St. Louis. The award was presented to Mac by Miss O' Brien and Judy's longtime friend and co-star, the legendary Mickey Rooney. The icing on the cake was receiving a rousing endorsement from the late, great Mr. Rooney.
