Award-winning dancer/choreographer/photographer Kira Seamon has won 51 CONTEST WINNER AWARDS and 16 RECOGNITION AWARDS in 3 different INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPETITIONS in 31 PHOTOGRAPHIC CATEGORIES. She has been recognized by DANCER TEACHER MAGAZINE for her choreography. She won the DANCE TEACHER MAGAZINE'S EDITORS' CHOICE AWARD FOR VIDEO OF THE MONTH for APRIL 2013 and also was honored to receive a write-up in DANCE TEACHER MAGAZINE. She has won many different awards for her dance videos including: 1) POINTE Videos of the Month (Viewer's Choice) 2) DANCE SPIRIT Videos of the Month (Viewer's Choice) 3)DANCE TEACHER Video of the Month (EDITORS' CHOICE) and DANCE TEACHER INSTRUCTIONAL Video of the MONTH (Viewer's Choice) 4)DANCE SPIRIT FUTURE STAR OF THE MONTH (EDITORS' AND VIEWER'S CHOICE) and also was honored to have received a brief mention in DANCE SPIRIT Magazine. In addition to her video awards, Kira Seamon produced World Premieres of her work at the most prestigious performing arts venues in Cambridge and Boston, MA. These venues included the Multicultural Arts Center in Cambridge and the Boston Center for the Arts. She has won numerous awards for her dancing including Platinum Awards and Special Awards from the judges in INTERNATIONAL DANCE COMPETITIONS. She is also both a REGIONAL TITLE WINNER and a NATIONAL TITLE WINNER in dance.
