Quilters’ Connection, founded in 1977, has 400 members which include regular as well as associate, student and international members. All skill levels are encouraged. Many of these quilt makers are of national and international renown, have exhibited widely and published extensively in books and periodicals. The guild’s stated goal is to encourage, preserve and develop the art of quilting. Meetings provide a forum for informal sharing, mentorship programs and educational lectures and workshops. The non-profit guild also performs community service through charity quilts and donations.
