Boston Harborfest Inc., a non-profit organization, is a chapter 180 Massachusetts corporation with 501(c)(3) status granted by the IRS. It is comprised of more than 40 constituent members representing institutions and businesses whose primary interest is enhanced by use and awareness of Boston's waterfront and historic resources.
