The Schiller Institute Community Chorus is devoted to bringing unique Bostonians together around beautiful classical ideas, with a focus on Bach, Handel, Mozart, African American spirituals, and American Patriotic songs.

The standard is high–you must really have the intent to create beautiful music! We rehearse weekly with our crew of all ages and backgrounds, often combining such a wide diversity of singers as young war veterans who have never sung before, experienced choristers and experienced listeners who haven’t yet learned to do it themselves. Public performances from time-to-time. Walk-ins welcome.

No auditions. Every Saturday morning in the Cambridge, MA area. And every Tuesday night in North Quincy. Please include your phone number in your email, so we can talk.

All rehearsals and concerts are done at the Verdi scientific tuning of A=432 Hz.

There is no fee to sing, however everyone who is able to is encouraged to put in a suggested contribution of $5 or more each week, to cover the cost of the room.

Helga Zepp-LaRouche, wife of statesman and economist Lyndon LaRouche, founded the Schiller Institute over 30 years ago to fight for the beauty of mankind. Get to know the Schiller Institute: http://newparadigm.schillerinstitute.com/ .
