Inspired: A Black Joy Project Celebration

Presented by Arts Arlington at Arlington Town Hall

Inspired by Movement, Rhythm, Heritage, and Community

The work of three accomplished Arlington artists will be on view at Arlington Town Hall through February 28, 2024. Their sources of inspiration are diverse. Maria Fonseca captures the dynamism and grace of Afro Cuban dancers encountered during travels to Cuba with her dramatic photographs. Larry Terry, also a talented saxophone player, engages in drawing as a meditative practice, capturing the rhythm, texture and color of music in abstract oil pastels. TJ Reynolds paints portraits of friends, family, and local and legendary leaders to create powerful tributes to character, beauty, and achievement.
