Please join us for an interesting and varied program of both orchestral and vocal music.  The FCO returns with its young and vibrant musicians after a long covid pause with Haydn's catchy Symphony no. 88, Ravel's beautiful Mother Goose Suite (and a few popular Greek songs), and the famous Greek composer Nikos Skalkottas's 5 Greek Dances for Strings.

An added treat is soprano extraordinaire Jessica Jacobs, singing not only selections from Ravel's Mélodies populaires grecques, but also Chrisothemis's aria from Richard Strauss's opera Elektra!  Vocal selections will be accompanied at the piano by Peter Freisinger.
