Watch Olympians, fight cancer! An Evening with Champions, a world-class skating exhibition that benefits The Jimmy Fund and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, will be September 8 and 9 at Bright-Landry Hockey Center.
The 51st annual figure skating show, An Evening with Champions, will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 8 and Sunday, September 9. The shows, held at Harvard’s Bright-Landry Hockey Center at 65 North Harvard Street in Allston, MA, will feature world-class skaters performing everything from triple axels to layback spins for a great cause: the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s mission to conquer cancer.
A premier figure skating exhibition, the show has featured talent such as three-time U.S. champion and Olympian Johnny Weir, five-time world champion and nine-time U.S. Champion Michelle Kwan, and Olympic gold medalist Yuna Kim. This fall, numerous celebrated skaters of the past and the present will be in attendance for An Evening With Champions, including Olympians and U.S. National medalists Mariah Bell, Karen Chen, Mirai Nagasu, and Vincent Zhou.
