A contemporary dance performance exploring human connections driven by athleticism, artistic integrity, and dynamic choreography. Pantos Project brings together their 3 entities to bring audiences a variety of contemporary movement in celebration of dance.

Pantos Project Dance presents “Rain or Shine”, a company performance shared with their adult collective, the ensemble, and youth company, the MOVERS. Artistic Director & choreographer, Kat Pantos, takes the audience on a diverse exploration of human experiences through the seasons with an emphasis on technically-driven athletic movement, dynamic artistic choices, and human connection.

The professional company, comprised of BFA graduates and 4 founding members, present Pantos’ 2023 premiere works “Sleight of Hand”, “It Comes in Threes”, & “Windows Down, Music Up”.  Additional repertoire performed by the company includes “Please Stand” (2018), “Off the Down” (2013), “She Said, She Said” (2013) and a solo performance by Kendall Bush, “Let the Waves Carry You, Where You Cannot Find the Light” (2022).

The ensemble will present works created by members in PPD’s 9-month residency program, including “weighted” by co-director Marissa Masson.

The MOVERS, PPD’s pre-professional youth company,  will present 2 works choreographed by Pantos developed throughout their ‘22-’23 season, “Reaching in the Dark” and “Flowers in Your Hair”. The youth company meets monthly to further develop their technical, artistic, and physical training in a professional supportive and passionate environment.
