The Leonard Bernstein Festival of the Creative Arts celebrates the performing and visual arts at Brandeis University, ten miles outside Boston in Waltham. Most events are free and open to the public.
Sunday, April 23, is Family and Community Day, with continuous free performances and activities for all ages.
The 2023 festival celebrates ART IN THE YEAR OF CLIMATE ACTION.
Founded in 1952 by Leonard Bernstein to celebrate the first graduating class of Brandeis, the Festival of the Arts is a campuswide event overseen by the Arts Engagement staff of the Division of Creative Arts.
