About our Graduate Student Lecturers:

Carina D’Urso (she/her/hers) is a Graduate Student Lecturer at the ICA as well as an Ed.M. candidate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she studies Human Development and Education. As a student at HGSE, Carina is interested in the ways in which arts-based interventions impact the civic identity development of young people.  In her spare time, Carina enjoys reading, cooking, practicing her Italian, and spending time with her friends and family.

Fatima Seck (she/her/hers) is a Graduate Student Lecturer at the ICA, and a recent Ed.M. graduate with a degree in Arts Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education. As a school gardener and arts educator, Fatima works between food, land, justice, and black feminist art.

Tessa Haas (she/her/hers) is a Graduate Student Lecturer at the ICA and curatorial fellow at the MIT List Visual Arts Center. She has contributed to exhibitions and publications in the greater Philadelphia and Boston areas. Her academic research and curatorial work focus on screen-based media, net art, and digital identity, particularly through material culture methodologies. Tessa is a Ph.D Candidate in History of Art at Bryn Mawr College, where she earned her MA in 2019.
