A journey into the rich musical culture of our next-door neighbor, “México Lindo y Querido” shows the breadth and beauty of Mexican musical culture across centuries. Meet composers who were creating art in Mexico before anything comparable was happening up north, zoom forward to the Twentieth Century, and be transported by a suite of Pop, Folk, and Mariachi music; a cornucopia of styles made even more brilliant by the incredible soprano Estelí Gomez.
