Loading Dock Arts/Education is hosting a multi-cultural event filled with art, workshops, music, dance, film, the spoken word, and food. This event features an art show, live workshops, ethnic music, dance, and fashion. Also featuring local film, spoken word, and creative artists. Loading Dock Arts will welcome many cultural traditions characterized by the people of the Greater Lowell Area.
