WMOS showcases the talents of over 80 visual artists from Medford and surrounding communities. Come see paintings, sculpture, pottery, photographs, mixed media art, woodwork, drawings, fabric arts, blown glass, and jewelry— and meet the artists who create them. The festival will also feature a lively line up of music performances that will play throughout the day in the outdoor space located behind the West Medford Community Center.

Another special part of West Medford Open Studios is live readings by local writers.  This year, six writers will be presenting their own new pieces.  Come hear original poetry, essays, short stories, and excerpts of novels.

A few extra highlights to make the day even more festive will be the addition of a beer garden by Medford’s own Medford Brewing Company as well as a bagel pop up by local bagel shop rock stars Goldilox Bagels.

WMOS 2022 will be a fabulous day of art and community, so walk, bike, drive or kayak over to Dugger Park, meet up with friends, buy some art, listen to local writers and musicians, bring a picnic, have a delicious bagel and brew, and enjoy the day!
