Honoring BIPOC and Disabled Artists and Activists
Abilities Dance is honoring BIPOC and disabled artists and activists for our hybrid April Shows on April 22nd and 23rd at the Multicultural Arts Center in Cambridge. It is our first show very clearly highlighting BIPOC and disabled artists activists both locally and nationally.
Abilities Dance works to represent a diminished community in society to destigmatize the idea that disabled people aren't able to do the same things as non-disabled people. Our team has created music and choreography to honor these folks that is inclusive in itself. We have audio descriptions for the dancers movements and also plan on having an ASL interpreter to be as inclusive as possible.
General Admission: $35 Unlimited Free tickets to anyone who needs it.
