Meet the Instruments introduces your child (ages 6-9) to a different instrument on a series of Sundays.
A fun, engaging way for kids age 6-9 to learn about instruments such as cello, clarinet, drums, flute, french horn, percussion, piano, saxophone, trombone, trumpet, violin, and more. Students will interact with BMS faculty experts to first learn something new about the history and repertoire of each instrument before getting an up-close look, hearing it played live, and playing the instruments.
Students will be in groups of no more than 6, and the final session that involves wind and brass instruments will take place virtually.
Class one: winds and brass (Jan 16): full
Class two: piano (Jan 23)
Class three: guitar/drums (Jan 30)
Class four: strings (Feb 6)
Only $25 each class
$25 each Sunday, pre-registration required.
