Using simple incremental exercises, take time for creative release, curiosity, collaboration and support.
Are you craving a different way of being in your life? Why not try laughing, moving, telling stories, experimenting with your voice, finding stillness, and connecting with yourself and others? Using simple incremental exercises we will take time for creative release, curiosity, collaboration and support. Replenish and nourish yourself by diving into your sounds and movement. Each class will feature new possibilities and techniques to make room for what wants to be seen and heard. We'll explore different themes that can range from playful to profound, and see where it takes us! Any body can do InterPlay - with gentle step by step instructions, short conversational and movement based activities, humor and affirming ways to respond to one another.
