Off-the-Wall & New Directions

Presented by The Umbrella Arts Center at The Umbrella Arts Center

The Umbrella Arts Center invites the public to visit its Main Gallery at 40 Stow Street in historic Concord, MA for the return of its Off the Wall annual small works show, on view through Dec. 31.  The exhibition features 2D and 3D artwork in a variety of mediums, smaller than 14" x 14" x 14" and priced under $300. This year's exhibit will feature art by The Umbrella's Studio Artists, Arts Education Faculty, and Ceramics Studio community, and is available for sale both in-person and online.

New this year, a concurrent exhibition of larger scale mixed media installation works will fill the rest of the Main Gallery. "New Directions" introduces several new members of The Umbrella's community of more than 55  Studio Artists, as well as the new Artist-in-Residence, Sally Lee.

The exhibitions are free and open to the public, subject to The Umbrella's COVID safety guidelines. The works will be on view during both the annual Umbrella Winter Market (Dec. 3-5) and of The Umbrella Stage Company's performances of the family friendly musical adventure, The Old Man & The Old Moon.
