Our events generally consist of a warm up with a Registered Yoga Teacher (no yoga experience required)
An opening and inclusive welcoming circle
A beach DJ set by different DJs every event
and a sound healing (recorded or live) or sound meditation done to the setting sun over the Boston Skyline.
Family friendly events, sober events, wholesome fun events. Come join us on the beach of Castle Island every weekend while the weather still permits us to do so.

Please arrive for check-in by 5:45pm. At 6:00pm, reserved headsets are released to waitlist.
Waitlist tickets available on-site.
Up to 5 free kids tickets are put aside for use with an accompanying purchased adult ticket.
These are family friendly events.
