Harvard professor, composer, and pianist Vijay Iyer is the curator for the second Fromm concert of 2021, on April 30 at 8pm (EDT). The bill includes works by Yvette Janine Jackson, a composer, sound artist, and Harvard professor renowned for her innovative radio operas, Roscoe Mitchell, the virtuosic saxophonist and founder of the Art Ensemble of Chicago, and visionary vocalist, composer and experimental ethnographer Imani Uzuri.
