The Perils of Mr. Punch
By Modern Times Theater
Saturday, April 10 | 3:00 pm ET

Follow the troubles and travails of Mr. Punch, puppetry’s favorite loudmouth, in this ever-evolving saga by Modern Times Theater. Mr. Punch has kept busy during the pandemic: frolicking with his wife Judy, juggling childcare responsibilities, subduing crocodiles, and training his dog (who looks suspiciously like a skunk). Performed on an elaborate stage that's full of surprises, audiences will enjoy classic hand puppetry with vaudeville flair and a modern family-friendly sensibility. Live music (played on everything from the ukulele to the bicycle pump) accompanies the hilarious journey. Recommended for all ages 4 and up.

The Three Little Pigs
By Puppet Art Theater Co.
BOSTON PREMIERE!
Sunday, April 11 | 3:00 pm ET

Three pigs strike out on their own looking for fun and adventure, but their plans get put on hold until they can build houses for themselves. Straw, sticks, bricks, and a huffing and puffing Big Bad Wolf add up to hilarity and mayhem in this comedic adaptation of the classic tale. Puppeteer Art Grueneberger's loveable goofy characters and impressive solo performance combine with new special effects for the virtual stage. Stick around after the show to meet the characters and get behind-the-scenes inspiration! Recommended for all ages 3 and up.
