Today we bring you Benjamin Zander's Interpretations of Music: Lessons for Life class in which Maestro Zander coaches cellist Łukasz Pawlikowski, at the time an undergraduate member of Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra in the Bourrée from Bach's Third Cello Suite. Maestro Zander advises Łukasz, "Our job is to make sure that the music speaks directly to the heart of the person listening." We hope you'll find that both of these musical selections achieve that goal.
