You may have seen Ilan's interview with Kara Baskin in last week’s Boston Globe. It’s JArts Taste of Israel Restaurant Week (Jan. 26 – Feb. 2), featuring Israeli inspired menu items at restaurants throughout the area, and Ilan is one of the chefs participating. He comes from a distinguished line of Israeli bakers—he’ll give a demonstration and talk about his life and Israeli food with JArts' Executive Director Laura Mandel.
