Try out a Traditional Fiddle Class with award-winning, Brookline Music School faculty member Maura Shawn Scanlin — Tuesday, Sept 22nd @ 6pm.

Violin, Viola, Cello, and Bass students: Join us for a one night trial class of Traditional Fiddle!

On Tuesday, Sep. 22, from 6:00 - 7:00 pm, Maura will be offering a trial class for students who are interested in taking the class, and want to learn more about it. Enroll in this trial class for $30. (Bonus: if you register for the full term of this class by Thursday, September 24th at 5pm, the trial class fee will be credited toward your Traditional Fiddle class tuition for the term.)

The full term Traditional Fiddle Class begins the following week on Tuesday, September 29th at 6pm.

Traditional Fiddle introduces folk fiddle techniques and styles in a fun and collaborative environment. Students will learn fiddle tunes from such musical traditions as Irish, Scottish, French-Canadian, Scandinavian, Old-Time and Bluegrass.
