Join JArts and Chef Noah Clickstein of Peregrine and Juliet + Company for a 20-minute lively discussion and cooking demo where he will make a version of shakshuka popular at Juliet.
A native of Winchester, Noah Clickstein grew up in a self-described “highly cultural and semi-religious Jewish home.” He largely credits his family’s commitment to the communal and cuisine elements of these traditions to have sparked his long-time love of cooking and sharing food. A long time Juliet + Company staff member, Clickstein served as the sous chef, as well as an early shaper of dining room service programs, for the company’s flagship, Juliet, before joining Peregrine as a founding member of the culinary
team.
JLive events are free on Zoom, but require registration.
JLive is an ongoing series of streaming, online programs from JArts, The Jewish Arts Collaborative. On upcoming Mondays we focus on visual arts; Tuesdays on music; and Fridays on food. In response to having to postpone our Spring season due to the Coronavirus, JLive is presenting these short, 20-minute+ events illuminating
the world of Jewish art & culture through the work and stories of local Boston artists.
