Three Latinx organizations in Massachusetts, Hyde Square Task Force, Amplify Latinx, and Ágora Cultural Architects, come together to keep Latino culture buzzing with #CadenciaLatina: Performances from home.

On May 31st at 7 pm, Fabiola Méndez, a widely recognized Puerto Rican musician, will be playing the cuatro, the national instrument of Puerto Rico on Facebook Live. Fabiola has been playing the Cuatro since she was 6 years old and was the first student to graduate from Berklee College of Music with the Puerto Rican cuatro as her main instrument. Her incredible talents as a musician and performer have not gone unnoticed as she has been the recipient of various awards such as the Quincy Jones Award in 2016 and was the ambassador at the National Puerto Rican Day Parade in NYC in 2018.
