Minni Make + Play virtual workshops are designed to keep little ones ages 1.5–5 creating from the comfort of home. Each themed workshop focuses on skill development, simple repurposed materials and unique ways to engage with our environments.
In Minni Make + Play – Spice Paintings (virtual) little chefs and caregivers will mix up fragrant paints using a variety of spices found at home. Instructor Maria will guide students as they explore their kitchen cabinets and create original scented works of art.
Materials Needed

Scavenger hunt items: spices such as cinnamon, turmeric, ginger and paprika.

Bowls to mix spices in

A few spoons, one for each bowl

White tempera paint (you can also make your own paint with 1 part flour, 1 part salt and 1 part water)

Paint brush

White paper to paint on

Small container with water
