Minni virtual workshops are designed to keep little ones ages 4–10 creating from the comfort of home. Each themed workshop focuses on skill development, simple repurposed materials and unique ways to engage with our environments.
In Minni SculptureShop – Birthday Cakes (virtual) bakers and sculptors will celebrate Minni’s birthday with the ultimate cake creation! Instructor Maria will show students how to stack, layer and decorate a cake sculpture using boxes and recycled materials.
Materials Needed

Scavenger hunt items: materials that can be reimagined as cake decorations! This may include yarn, paper shapes, straws, pom poms and anything found at home
1–3 boxes
Tape
Elmer’s Glue
Tempera paint – be sure to have plenty of white paint on hand!
Bowls to mix paint in
Paint brushes
Optional: Shaving cream to create fluffy paint frosting
